Life feels lighter when you don't carry it alone. This 12-week group is a safe space to connect with women who understand, share your journey, and grow together.

Each week includes an hour of group therapy-real conversations about struggles, growth, and self-discovery- followed by a 45-minute-long sound bath/meditation to release stress and find calm.

Healing Together: Virtual BIPOC Women's Group
This 8-week group is a safe, supportive space to explore the themes of trauma, resilience, and self-compassion inspired by the book The Pain We Carry by Natalie Gutierrez.
In this group, you'll get weekly guided discussions to process trauma and oppression, somatic practices to help your body heal alongside your mind, and a community of BIPOC women who truly understand.
This is more than a group—it's a safe space to find refuge during uncertainty. Spaces are limited. Starts February 4th.
